Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Grain Vessel piece for years. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

1. 10-Day Returns You may return or exchange any item within 10 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you expected — provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

2. Important Note About Natural Wood Because every piece is handmade from solid wood, natural characteristics — grain lines, mineral streaks, knots, color variation, and occasional fine cracks — are the wood's own story, not defects. Returns based solely on these natural characteristics are not eligible. This is what makes each piece one of a kind.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@grainvessel.com within 10 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the item.
  2. We'll confirm the issue and provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions we provide.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item (our fault): we cover the return shipping cost and ship your replacement or issue a full refund — including original shipping.
  • Change of mind (not a quality issue): return shipping is at your expense; a refund of the product price will be issued once we receive the item in original condition.

5. Refund Timing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund.

6. Exchanges For exchanges, we ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received and confirmed. If the replacement is out of stock, we'll refund you in full and let you know.

7. Custom & Wholesale Orders Custom-sized and wholesale orders are made to order. Please confirm details with us before ordering; returns on custom orders are handled case by case.
