1. Agreement These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of grainvessel.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Grain Vessel. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase.

3. Products and Information We make every effort to display products accurately. However, because our pieces are handmade from natural wood, we cannot guarantee that colors, grain, and finish appear identical on every screen, and slight variations between pieces are expected and are not defects. Product descriptions are provided for guidance only.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability. If we cancel an order, we will issue a refund for any amounts paid.
  • Payment is due at checkout via the payment methods offered on the Site.

5. Shipping and Delivery Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of confirmation, following a final inspection. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and Refunds Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing, particularly the notes on natural wood characteristics.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Grain Vessel and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grain Vessel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Grain Vessel against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
